Inside the Life of a Northshore dancer: Zoe David

Zoe David, freshman’s second home is the North Shore Dance Studio and has been since she was three.

“After 11 years, I could never imagine doing anything else besides dancing there. I especially love building friendships that will last a lifetime,” David said.

David, as a well-rounded dancer, has performed a solo, two duets, and a trio and is comfortable in performing all types of different styles of dance.

She dances at the studio three times a week in addition to being part of  Homestead dance.“I love having my dance friends and teachers feel as family, and it’s a great after-school activity to be a part of,” David said.

“My dance days consist of me going to school while thinking about dance then practicing nightly, which I always enjoy working hard at. Whether it’s school or dance, I’m always trying my hardest to be the best person that I can be.”

Her biggest role models are her parents. “My parents help me get through anything and everything. Introducing me to dance has changed my life forever,” David said.

Passion, love, and hardwork are all what David hopes to portray through her dancing.
