Freshman Friday: Brink tackles his way through freshman year

Every Friday, Highlander Publications chooses a freshman to be featured in “Freshman Friday,” giving the student population the opportunity to get to know its freshman class. Read below to learn about this week’s freshman, Jake Brink.

Do you play sports?

I play football. I was on the freshman team this year.

What activities are you involved in at Homestead?

I am involved in orchestra and Latin club.

Do you have any siblings?

I have three siblings: Megan, Ryan and Sam.

If you could be a sandwich, what kind would you be?

If I could be a sandwich, I would probably be a meatball sub.

What have you enjoyed most about high school so far?

The best aspect of high school so far is being a part of our awesome student section.

Who is your role model?

My role models are my siblings.

If you could meet anyone (dead or alive), who would it be?

I would love to meet Ghandi.
