“There were 160 people in total, but it seemed a lot smaller because most of the time, you were with a small group of people you chose to be with. We visited many different cities, ones which I thought you could only see on postcards and Pinterest photos. The cities we visited were Seville, Grenada, Toledo and Madrid.
The coolest part was being able to connect with so many people through a common bond- music, despite the language, age and geographical barriers.
There were obviously some parts that were better than others, but looking back, I would sum it up as an amazing experience. I got to meet many people, see beautiful historic sites and experience a wonderful culture. All of which are a once-in-a-life-time opportunity.” (Katie Gebhardt, junior)
