Grace Bourbonais, junior, said, “When my parents told me they were getting divorced I did not know what to think. It all happened so fast and my dad moved right out. I now live with my mother and grandma and still hang out with my dad, but it is weird. It was so hard to register that they were getting divorced when they first told me. I did not know how to handle it. It does get better though. To anyone who has to deal with the same thing, the advice I would give is to take it one day at a time. It is okay to be sad and sometimes change can be good for the family.”
