“I truly felt a challenge in life when I had to overcome the struggles of the swim world. Swimming will always push me the hardest. I started the sport when I was younger and it always made my work ethic go a little deeper. The endurance will forever be something that defeated me, and there were many moments where I wanted to give up. It then taught me perseverance, resilience and pushing myself to work my hardest in school and throughout my days. Getting through all of the hard sets and meets will forever be my rewarding challenge.”
