“When I was little, I wanted to become a doctor, a biologist or an astronomer. I grew up and realized that the healthcare field is not for me, and the other careers were just not as interesting to me anymore. All of high school I struggled with what I wanted to do in college. I went back and forth between a physical therapist, an esthetician, and environmental studies, but I still never found any passion in any of those fields. Until this year, I still wasn’t sure what I wanted to do. I finally discovered that I had a passion for marketing and social media work because of the salon that I work for. I started doing their social media, and I fell in love with digital art and marketing. I finally know what I want to do now, and it was not an easy path.” Melina Angeli, senior
