“When I first felt what friendship felt like I was very happy. There’s been a couple of friendships that I’ve had that I’ve struggled with or they didn’t work out. Over time though I felt this feeling when I met some of my current best friends. You just get a feeling in your heart that you’re with the right people. They support you through anything, like sports, hardships and are there for you. They’re here for me, and I’ll always be there for them. I’m a softball player, and the mix of school, friendships, and softball can get stressful sometimes. Even though times can be difficult, my friends will always be there for me.” – Ava Selle, freshman
