Roshae’ Shaw, senior, has a passion for cooking. “I love to cook so I’m in a culinary club and they made me the president…We just went on a trip to Vegas for that club, and I went to this casino [where] we had a whole bunch of food, toured it and they gave us some souvenirs. They gave us a Yeti cup, a hat and some playing cards. We were always going out and eating on the tour, trying [different] foods and watching people make the food. We did do a cooking class there, but other than that, I didn’t cook anything down there…I hope to one day be a really renowned chef. There are chefs in Milwaukee, but I feel like Milwaukee doesn’t really get recognized like that. So I wanna be that and also one day I might want to open my own restaurant. I [already] have a name and menu ideas planned out.”
