Sam Hanson, sophomore, says his favorite class at Homestead so far has been gym because he enjoys being around his friends and teammates, which allows him to connect with them and become better as a team. After high school, he plans to attend college somewhere down south and work toward getting his bachelor’s or master’s degree. Sam’s biggest inspiration is Anthony Edwards because he overcame struggles in high school and grew as a person, which motivates Sam to grow as both a student-athlete and a person.
