Isabel Waszkiewicz is a sophomore who attends Homestead High School. This is her first year on the Publications staff. Isabel’s friends, along with most of her grade, call her Izzy as a nickname. Izzy enjoys the athletics offered to her by her Homestead- she takes part in cross country during the fall, ski team in the winter and will be participating in her first year of track this spring. Izzy considers herself a very light spirited gal, unless of course it comes to school, when Izzy puts in 150% effort into her work. After high schoo,l she hopes to pursue her dreams of becoming a skilled, well-known cardiovascular surgeon.
