Flixbarn: The new Netflix
Move over, Netflix. Make room for Flixbarn. Flixbarn is a new movie and TV show database that streams over the internet. It is offers a free five-day trial for a limited time period only. For the free trial, Flixbarn asks for a name, address, phone, e-mail address with a password of choice and basic payment information.
Flixbarn accepts MasterCard and Visa. After the five day trial it costs different amounts depending on what plan is chosen and when to get the bill, it can range from every month to every six months. “I would totally try this out. Being able to have multiple people watch at the same time and not having to pay extra is really nice,” Alexis Shutic, junior, said.
The service has more than 1,300 movies available to stream over the internet. The movies range from Academy Award winners to blockbuster blowouts to classics and even hidden gems, and new titles are constantly being added.
“With other providers, unlike Flixbarn, I have to wait a long time to view new content,” Grace Beauchamp, junior, said. The TV show and or movie will stream at at full speed with unlimited bandwidth at the highest quality. It is supported by Apple, Microsoft and Linux devices and any products that can access www.flixbarn.com. Also, any title can be viewed over Chromecast.
Flixbarn differs from Netflix because of the availability to play multiple movies on multiple different devices at the same time. There are different memberships the allow you to access different content, such as advertisement-free.
“For someone that wants to pay each month it costs $34.95. Every three months cost $50.85, six months is $69.90 and premium is $49.95” according to Flixbarn. There is a new charge automatically made after the end of the time period. The Flixbarn team is available for contact 24 hours a day, seven days a week at 1-800-753-2389.

Do not give this company your credit card details. Not only they advertise movies that they don’t really have, not to mention that since July 2015 until today (May 2016) they advertise TV shows but there is not a single TV show on their website. This accounts for fraud in our country. If you dig for information about the company, you find out that they are called Tuguu, based in Spain, but their name was changed recently to Treexor. There are thousands of complains about Tuguu all over the Internet about them (will that be why they changed their name to Treexor?). Many users got virus, adware, malware…. on their computers from this company. Other users were looking for movies that were advertised and they couldn’t find after they paid for a very expensive subscription. This company has so many different websites, with different URLs, but they have exactly the same layout, the same text, the same content… as if they wanted to hide their tracks behind many different name. Stay clear of any of their websites.
