Every Friday, Highlander Publications chooses a freshman to be featured in “Freshman Friday,” giving the student population the opportunity to get to know its freshman class. Read below to learn about this week’s freshman, Jack Simon.

What sports do you play? Baseball, football and golf.

Do you have any siblings? I have four other siblings: two sisters and two brothers. I’m the smartest out of all of them.

Do you have any pets? A dog, two cats and a fish.

What are your hobbies? Sitting at home.

What’s a typical weekend? Going to Qdoba, Culvers and McDonalds all in one day.

What are you looking forward to after Homestead? Finally getting good grades and going to college, out of Wisconsin of course.
