Emily Hannemann is a self-proclaimed novelist and journalist with an unhealthy addiction to AMC’s The Walking Dead. She can usually be found either working at Lands’ End, working at Shully’s Cuisine and Events, writing articles for her position as a freelance journalist for the News Graphic, running (either outside or on a treadmill) or swimming. Admittedly, she rarely sleeps because of these commitments. While driving to any of these numerous activities, she enjoys listening to Bastille, Lana Del Rey, Coldplay, The Arctic Monkeys and other alternative bands. Emily also enjoys playing the viola, a stringed instrument commonly used for firewood. If she gets time to eat, she enjoys cheese pizza and pecan pie more than anything else on the face of this planet. She would like to pursue journalism or corporate communications as a career.
