Maura Whitaker, Staffer
Maura Whitaker is a sophomore at Homestead High School. She loves math, science, and writing, and is a GEMS board member. She also partakes in She’s the First and Relay for Life. On the athletic side of things, Maura is on the volleyball, basketball, and lacrosse teams at Homestead. When she manages to have a few spare minutes that are not taken up by academics or sports, Maura likes to relax by spending time with family and friends, or reading a good book.
