Mr. Adam Bold, assistant principal at Homestead, started working here last year, making this Bold’s second year at HHS. Before that, Bold was an assistant principal at Wauwatosa for three years, having a total of 14 years in education. Bold currently works with grades 10 and 12. “I really like being able to work with kids, especially at high school…everyday’s different and everyday’s exciting.” Bold also likes the extracurriculars that are a part of his job. He enjoys “getting to go and feel the energy at a football game or a basketball game.” He also takes pride in seeing kids excel but wants to support students who need it. He says that “See[ing] the kids excelling in classes just is really cool,” but he also enjoys “figuring out ways to support when things aren’t going well.” Bold’s goal is to keep everyone safe while helping create fun and memorable experiences here at Homestead.
