Nhi Le, junior, reflected on her experiences in high school and how those experiences brought her to her internship at MIAD (Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design). “When I really wanted to pursue art, my teacher, she recommended me this internship at MIAD and she helped me, like, get in and get this, like, really important internship that could help me a lot throughout life,” Le said. Le also reflected on her experiences throughout high school and has a piece of advice: she says to start off strong with your GPA because it matters a lot more than you think freshman year. Le’s goal is to go to MIAD after high school and pursue an art degree.
